This elegant, robustly articulated 6-storey building comprises a mix of 35 generous apartments above ground floor office space. The elevations have been designed to provide a well-ordered rhythm and structure within which full-height windows and inset balconies form a unified, vertically-oriented composition. To reinforce a strong tectonic language, a rich but simple palette of high-quality, hard-wearing materials has been specified: brick, glazed tile, polyester powder coated aluminium window frames and steel balcony balustrades.
