Figure/Ground Architects is pleased to share the significant progress made on the first building of the Winstanley and York Road Estate Regeneration project. The practice was involved in the design from first concept to receipt of planning permission in 2019.

This building, comprising 46 social-rented apartments, completes the Plough Road frontage of the Winstanley Estate, with dwellings arranged to maximise outlook, aspect and views, whilst ensuring privacy.
