Figure/Ground Architects is an award-winning architecture practice with a reputation for innovation and design quality.

We believe that architecture is a critical practice, which, to be relevant, must engage with a wide range of social, economic, technical and cultural issues.  Every one of our projects is rooted in an inquisitive design process that starts from a firm understanding of the client’s brief and ends with a clear strategy that guides the creation of exceptional buildings and places.  This means that we approach each commission with a fresh perspective, always seeking to ask the right questions before seeking to find the right answers.
