Figure/Ground Architects has provided comprehensive masterplanning services to Briggins Estate 1 Limited in support of their promotion of land north of Harlow for a new community of 1500 homes. The site forms part of the larger Gilston Area – a new Garden Town totalling 10,000 new homes. The site was allocated within the East Hertfordshire District Plan in late 2018 and Figure/Ground is instructed to proceed with an outline planning application.
